PROJECT TITLE: SMEX Management Layer Structural Design

CLIENT: SMEX

INDUSTRY: Digital Rights / Civil Society

PROEJCT SUPPORT AREAS: Organisational Design, Management Structure, Governance, Roles and Accountability, Decision-Making, Leadership Effectiveness

ALTEHR partnered with SMEX to redesign its management layer and strengthen how decisions, responsibilities, and accountability move across the organisation. The project examined the existing management structure, clarified leadership roles and decision rights, defined the relationship between senior and executive management, and developed a more effective governance model. The redesigned structure was then tested through a customised leadership simulation, allowing SMEX to verify how the new model performs under realistic organisational pressure.
