Ahmad combines strategic HR leadership, organisational development expertise, and practical facilitation experience. Throughout his career, he has advised senior leaders and supported organisations through restructuring, organisational redesign, workforce planning, policy development, and leadership challenges across complex regional and global environments.
His approach is grounded in real organisational realities, helping leaders, managers, and HR teams strengthen communication, accountability, people management, and organisational effectiveness through practical, human-centred approaches.
Alongside his consultancy work, Ahmad is also an active trainer, mentor, and career coach supporting professionals through leadership development and career transition programmes.

She has held senior regional and country-level HR roles, supporting executive and management teams on organisational structuring, workforce planning, job evaluation and salary scale design, policy development, and performance management.
As Co-Founder of ALTEHR, Halah works with organisations to rethink People and Culture beyond compliance, focusing on practical systems that work on the ground and support organisations through change in a coherent and ethical way.
Alongside her leadership and consultancy work, Halah is an experienced trainer and facilitator, delivering leadership and people management programmes rooted in real organisational challenges.
